Luke & Jessica tied the knot this past Saturday at the ever-so-lovely – Sisterdale Dancehall! Ahhh – where should I even begin when talking about their big day? I got to the venue & was so excited to meet everyone! The forecast called for rain…all day…but we got so so so very lucky and the rain held off for the majority of the wedding! Jessy & Luke wanted to do a first look –  which I am ALL about! I love first looks!!! Theirs was so special, so intimate, so filled with emotion…it was hard to hold back the tears behind my camera as I was shooting from a distance. I always like to mention to my brides the benefits of having a first look…and well, if I had a video camera with me, I would have recorded Jessica & Luke’s first looks and just show my brides how great First Looks actually are!! 🙂 It’s hard to visualize first looks without actually seeing them happen…but…they are AWESOME! 🙂 Also, I was so excited about this because that also meant we would get a TON of portrait time together – & this bohemian styled wedding made my heart flutter at the thought of it! All I can say is that I have been dreaming of a magical, bohemian styled wedding for…well, ever since I began shooting weddings! LOL Finally, my stylized dreams came true on Saturday & it was just perfect! Everything from Jessica’s flower crown down to the little glass jars filled with flowers hanging from the altar…all of it  was so beautiful! The whole guest list boogied the night away and Jess & Luke had a fun bubble send off at the end of the night! Here are a few…okay, no…there’s a lot…of my favorite photos from their big day!
