Before wedding season gets into FULL swing next month, Daniel & I have been enjoying the off-season by doing fun stuff! Whether it’s been trying new restaurants, traveling throughout the state to take day trips or whatever the case may be – we love spending our time together and outside in this beautiful weather! I know – you’re probably thinking “It’s January though!?” but here in Texas – we don’t get too much of a winter & lately, the days have been perfect to get out and enjoy the weather! One of our goals this year was to shoot more personal things – and although I COMPLETELY suck at taking pictures when we are out & about (I always forget to because I’m living in the moment type of thing) I think I might be getting better at it! lol I brought my camera along with me to the zoo yesterday – here are a few snaps of the gorgeous animals 🙂

They sleep so cute! By the way, did you know that flamingos don’t get their colorful feathers until they turn 2 years old? They are initially grey! My favorite snap from the day…my handsome hunny 🙂
