There I was….driving to Whitney & Josh’s engagement session in Gruene, Texas – bright eyed and bushy tailed to hang out with two awesome people who are now part of the CCP family! After chatting with Whitney on the phone a few times and emailing back & forth – it was finally the day of our session…yayyyy – I was just so excited! Until the weather radar showed RAIN the day of. Boo. Yes, my heart just nearly sunk to the ground. Whitney’s weather app showed differently than mine – the rain wasn’t supposed to fall until about 8pm. So, naturally, I trusted her and decided to make the trek across the hill country and have faith it was not going to rain. lol As I was driving to our session, the black clouds started rolling. THANKFULLY, the rain held off for the most part during our session. We had dark gray skies (you can’t tell in the photos really, but it looked like the sky was on the verge of a downpour at any moment) but that didn’t stop us what-so-ever!
