I think it’s safe to say that Stephanie & Matt had the most gorgeous wedding day weather ever! I’m pretty sure it was the prettiest day of the year so far…it was cool, copious amounts of sunshine & not a cloud in the sky! I know Stephanie’s dad had a big role to play in that & he was looking down on her the entire day! 🙂 I can’t help but do a little happy dance when there’s lots of sunshine, but just enough shade for us as photographers to get great photos without everyone being blown out (Hashtag #PhotographerProblems haha) So, Sisterdale Dancehall is our jam! Oak trees everywhere with the sunshine peeking through the treetops!

We initially met Stephanie & Matt at their engagement session last year & they surprised us with the yummiest (and prettiest) cookies that Steph made herself! She’s a baker and is so talented! We hit it off right away & I just knew that these are two people that we could become bff’s with! hehe So, to say that we were excited to spend their wedding day with them was an understatement. The way that Stephanie & her family honored her dad’s memory, the way Matt couldn’t help but smile when he saw his beautiful bride, both of their families treating us just like family…it all meant SO much to us and is truly a day that we will never ever ever forget 🙂
