The one thing we have no control over as wedding photographers is the weather! Usually, we spend the week leading up to our couples wedding day scoping out the forecast & praying for the best! But sometimes, mother nature just has other plans & decides to show off & release a down pour on wedding days…Elissa & Allan’s wedding day was just that…a complete downpour! But let me tell you – this rain didn’t phase these two one bit!! Elissa has the brightest & most captivating smiles I’ve ever seen – and once we met up with her on her wedding day in the bridal suite…I quickly realized that she literally couldn’t have cared less about the rain & we probably were worried about it more than her! haha She gleamed from ear to ear & Alan did as well just at the mere thought that they would soon be husband & wife! If you follow us on Instagram & watched our IG stories on their wedding day – you would see how crazy the weather was! So, whenever it looked like there was a teeny tiny break in the skies – we would pull the wedding party out for quick photos…and when I say quick…I mean QUICK! We had 5 minute increments with each group & we were amazed with how fast Elissa & her bridesmaids could walk in heels in rain drench grass! hahah

Elissa & Allan had a beautiful ceremony surrounded by their friends & family & preceded to celebrate in style at Pecan Springs Ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas & danced the night away in rhythm to their live band! We had a blast with these two & their families & truly consider it an honor to photograph one of the most special days of their lives! We wish you guys so many years of love & happiness together!
