There I was…in the Riviera Maya, Mexico…hands shaking and about to shoot my very first wedding on my own. It was because of this amazing couple that I was introduced to wedding photography after years of only shooting portraits, family sessions and anything else you could think of. They are the first ones who gave me a chance & who trusted me to capture their special day. At the time, looking back on it…I didn’t really know what to expect…but I do know that I gave it my all and haven’t looked back since! I’ve found that weddings are what I truly love to shoot….the adrenaline, the once-in-a-lifetime moments that my clients trust me to capture, the smiles, the happy tears, the crazy dance parties at receptions, the tiny little details that brides put so much thought into and so much more that I just love & thrive off of.
